Chris Chidley was previously with GE Capital Fleet Services
both in the UK and overseas before taking up the role of Strategy
Director at Kingston Communictions plc. He has also worked
for Avis Rent-a-Car where he helped to grow both the managed
and franchised parts of the business.
Commenting on the changes, John Bussey said: “We have
been conducting a major review of our business which identified
the need to restructure the shareholder base. This will enable
us to move forward and to take advantage of the huge opportunities
