Drivers

1. We will thoroughly interview every driver applying to join the agency, looking for drivers with the right attitude.

2. All drivers supplied will be continually monitored for RTD compliance.

3. We will undertake a competency test to assess road craft skills, road sign knowledge, drivers’ hour’s rules, and tacho completion for LGV drivers.

4. Check references and driving licences to verify their suitability. Where necessary cross check with the DVLA.

5. Brief drivers fully, and explain what is expected of them on a particular assignment.

1. Provide a professional service, dedicated to fulfilling your needs and maintaining the Driver Hire Group’s reputation as the number 1 supplier within the industry.

2. Ring you back to confirm our ability to supply a driver as soon as we possibly can. We know that this is important to you.

3. Provide a 24 hour, 7 day / week service to you, manned by our own office staff.

4. If you are not entirely happy with the service you have received, please let us know and we will make amends.

5. Provide clearly understandable invoicing, supported by time sheets if required, and tachos.
