• Optometrist ( Doncaster )

  DH Solutions is looking for an Optometrist for their client based in Doncaster .

  £25k to £55k dependent on experience

   

  Responsibilities include:

   - Demonstrate good commercial awareness and achieve business plan targets for their specific region.

   - Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company standards and policies and clinical governance.
   - Ensure all staff are displaying excellent clinical standards & levels of customer care whilst being commercially aware
   - Manage customer retention – actively promoting eyecare plan
  
  Strategy:
   - Manage team performance through training and development
   - Ensure databases are managed and maintained
   - Develop skills and capabilities of the team
   - Spend time in the field testing our clients
   - Ensure 10 point customer care checklist is adhered to
   - Organise and participate in meetings with various departments
   - Manage HR issues (absence, performance, retention etc…)
   - Leadership skills
   - Build and maintain relationships with employees and customers
   - Central point of contact with head office and branch

• Class 2 Wagon & Drag Driver + HIAB
  Location: DONCASTER, South Yorkshire

  Average Weekly Hours: 40

  Wage: £16,500 pa

   

  Description:

  We are looking for an experienced Class 2 wagon & drag driver. For a permanent position. You must have experience on a HIAB and hold a valid industry recognised HIAB licence. Experience with wide loads would be an advantage although training will be given.

   
• Class 1 Night Driver
  Location: DONCASTER, South Yorkshire

  Average Weekly Hours: 45.0

  Wage: £500 per week

   

  Description:

  Class 1 Night Driver wanted for day work. The salary is £475 per week plus a £25 per week attendance bonus. You must have good knowledge of the UK . You must have held your licence for more than 2 years. You will be required to work Monday to Friday. The contract is for 2-3 months with the prospect of leading to a permanent position. Applicants must be presentable with good inter-personal skills.

• Class 1 Driver
  Location: DONCASTER, South Yorkshire

  Average Weekly Hours: 45.0

  Wage: £425 per week

   

  Description:

  Class 1 Driver wanted for day work. The salary is £400 per week plus a £25 per week attendance bonus. You must have good knowledge of the UK . You must have held your licence for more than 2 years. You will be required to work Monday to Friday. The contract is for 2-3 months with the prospect of leading to a permanent position.
